ANNUAL ROAD RACE

SATURDAY, JUNE 21, 2008

10K, 5K and

One-Mile fun run

The Pottle Hill Road Race is in its 27th year. The race is a fund raiser to benefit Pottle Hill and it's programs.

The race is billed as "New England's Toughest 10K" and is yet to be disputed. Almost one half of the course is a long gradual climb up Pottle Hill. Runners from all over the world have come to meet the challenge.

The winners of the 10K were Chris Gatchell of Waterford with a time of 36:14 and Debbie Moreau of Turner with a time of 43:37. The winners of the 5K were Nick Williams, who also broke the record,  with a time of 16:39 and Carolyn Treadwell with a time of 22:36.

Thank you to everyone that made this event possible and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again at this year's 2008 Pottle Hill Road Race.
